The page, “Pre-Paid Phone Cards: What Consumers Should Know ” is a good, brief overview of pre-paid phone cards, including:  How to Use a Pre-Paid Phone Card, International Calls, Tracking Time, “Who Makes Your Pre-Paid Phone Card Work,” Common Complaints, How to Avoid Problems and “What Should I Do if I Have a Problem with My Pre-Paid Phone Card?”

In the background information it says, “The cards are sold in stores everywhere,” but this information applies equally to the virtual pre-paid phone cards you can buy online as well.
