A new initiative to support the military by offering exclusive discounts on prepaid calling cards (also commonly referred to as phone cards) launched yesterday at WWW.OPERATIONPHONECARD.COM according to the company’s press release.

Beyond military discounts on calling cards, the site also includes a weekly “Hero of the Week” contest, and a phone card donation initiative.

The operationphonecard.com website is visually appealing and includes a very Web 2.0 feel complete with an Add This tool to let visitors share and bookmark this site with other users at Digg, del.icio.us, MySpace, etc.
